An IR camera – for reliable thermal imaging
InfraTec has launched a brand new IR camera range called VarioCAM® high resolution.
These portable infrared cameras are based on a modular design concept and thus can be adjusted to various fields of application. The VarioCAM® high resolution IR camera can be used reliably in process monitoring, quality control, research and development. IR cameras by InfraTec provide excellent measuring results in heat detection not only in production but also in security services or electrical plant inspection and many other applications.
An IR camera for heat detection
Every body with a temperature above absolute zero emits electromagnetic waves. The infrared detectors in an IR camera are used to record the intensity of a spectrum out of these electromagnetic waves. Thereby it is an extremely useful tool for early fire detection, particularly in plants with fire hazardous material. InfraTec’s all-purpose FPA real-time thermographic cameras have uncooled micro-bolometer detectors in various sizes which are ideal for building thermography or leakage detection. An InfraTec IR camera is easy to handle and operate, weighing as little as 1.5 kg. Numerous modifications help the customer chose the IR camera most suitable to his requirements.
