InfraTec aims to Expand Business in India with A Local Sales Manager

India's economy is growing rapidly, no longer only in the service sector – the manufacturing industry is also experiencing high growth rates. India is therefore becoming increasingly attractive as a market for the high-precision infrared sensor technology offered by InfraTec. As a result, the Dresden-based company has recently established a local presence with a dedicated sales manager and contact person.

The new member of the team, Deepak Sharma, has been selling technology solutions for industrial automation, process instrumentation, and infrared applications to industrial customers throughout India for more than 14 years. Through his work, he has gained deep insights into the requirements and dynamics of various industries. With his know-how, Deepak Sharma will advise customers on integrating InfraTec's state-of-the-art, high-quality infrared detectors into their applications.

“We are successful because we support our customers directly on site worldwide. Mr. Sharma will certainly bring new perspectives here and build bridges between the headquarter in Germany and the Indian development engineers,” says Janka Haubold, Director Sales Sensor Division at InfraTec.
